Dear save Diversity Visa

I hope this massage finds you well.

“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly”. Martin Luther King Jr.

I’m Libyan physician “MD” I was lucky enough to be selected in DV 2018 but unluckily my country was one of the seven nations that covered by Muslim travel ban. So I went to my interview as scheduled by KCC and counselor officer told me he can approve my visa because of P. P 9645 in the same time he couldn’t reject or refuse it becuse I’m legally eligible except for P. P including my nationality , he advices me to watch the news and wait for Supreme Court discussion which was released on June 26th 2018, but he expected that it will roll for P. P and that’s what happened.

My case entered in the admission process until I checked after long time, and I found out I got refused/ rejected. The dream that was born in me died once I knew I got rejected because of something I have no power over.

Unfortunately, When humans are born they can’t choose their nationalities. This is something they have no power over.

But after president Biden won the election and on his first day he signed P. P 10141 titled “Ending Discriminatory Bans on Entry to the United States.” On section 2 point “b” part (ii) A proposal to ensure that individuals whose immigrant visa applications were denied on the basis of the suspension and restriction on entry imposed by Proclamation 9645 or 9983 may have their applications reconsidered. This proposal shall consider whether to reopen immigrant visa applications that were denied due to the suspension and restriction on entry imposed by Proclamation 9645 or 9983, whether it is necessary to charge an additional fee to process those visa applications, and development of a plan for the Department of State to expedite consideration of those visa applications.

so if there is any tiny chance for me and others people with the same situation and case to be reconsidered as it mentioned in P. P 10141.
If there’s anything to make my case reconsider again I will start doing right away. This is my biggest dream and I believe I shall accomplish it one day.

Thank you for your attention any reply from your side will be highly appreciated.

Looking forward to your prompt reply with the regards on this matter.

Sincerely yours,
