“Unfortunatly the visa expires soon and he will forever lose the opportunity..”

My name is Angela and I am from Albania. 

My brother won the American lottery two years ago and on September 24 he got a visa to enter the US but due to the closure he still continues to stay in Albania with the hope that one day he will leave. Two tiring years, endless suffering and again the same situation. Unfortunately the visa expires soon and he will forever lose the opportunity to touch the American dream he has been waiting for a lifetime. 

I think American justice will do something for my brother and hundreds of other people who suffer at the expense of the same situation. God bless America and I believe something good will come to all.
