“Kunduz Province, where we are living now is worst and more delay in our immigration case process will pose more risk to our life…”

I am writing this letter as a winner of the 2021 DV lottery, I have a bachelor degree on education and a diploma of midwifery with a better working experience, we are lined up for the visa interview in Afghanistan, but due to the Presidential proclamation which suspended entry of Immigrants who present a risk to the United States Labor Market during the economic recovery following the 2019 Novel Corona virus outbreak the issuance of the visas, including Diversity Visas has been stopped. This proclamation has effected my family and others who are lawfully seeking immigration to the United State. My family have been waiting for resumption of visa interview for a long time and since this immigration ban is in enforced we will lose the chance for entering to the Unite State. We are a family of five and my husband is working with US organizations, and Army forces in Afghanistan since 2010 as a civil Engineer and has provided faithful and valuable service to the United State Government and International Security Assistance Forces.1.Kabiri Shamsiah (principal applicant) 2.Kabiri Ajmal (Spous) 3.Kabiri Neda (child) 4.Kabiri Mudasir (child)5.Kabiri Ferdaews (child) The security situation in Afghanistan specially in Kunduz Province, where we are living now is worst and more delay in our immigration case process will pose more risk to our life. We hope that the biden administration will soon revoke the ban so we could find the chance to immigrate lawfully to the USA.
