I’m a mother from Egypt, Africa, I was dreaming of better life for my children and high standards of life and education. I had 4 years PhD scholarship to Australia meanwhile I found myself 2021 DVwinner, I was planning to make my green card consulate interview in my country so I asked for scholarship deferral, and because of pp10014 I couldn’t get US visa till now or even started my scholarship. My life stucked at that point and I don’t know what to do. Whether I have to stay for US visa and withdraw my scholarship or go to my scholarship and forget about USA green card.
